Owners of buildings benefit from renting out their roof space for photovoltaics, as they can decide whether they wish to have their roof renovated or receive a rental payment. The experts at FirstEnergy will be happy to advise you and check whether your roof is suitable for renting for solar photovoltaic installations. No effort is involved on your part – First Energy will invest on your roof, take care of the roof renovation, if necessary, install the photovoltaic system and provide Operational & maintenance services. You will monthly earn a share of the income too.

Without the need for initial investment, large industrial and commercial institutions can now benefit immensely from a unique concept introduced by FEN in 2023. Through private PPAs, roof rentals, leases, and hire purchase of rooftop solar systems, clients enjoy lifelong benefits of low-cost electricity. They also have the option to own the system free of charge at the end of the contract period. FEN is proud to be one of the few solar power companies in Sri Lanka offering this solution. We have implemented this solution for 13 Keells Super Outlets and Warehouse, with a total capacity of 2.2MWp, including locations in Pitakotte, Yakkala, Matara, Katubedda, Kirillawala, Kalutara, Duplication Rd, Maharagama, Kaduwela, Battaramulla, Pitakotte 2, Negombo, Mattakkuliya, and Logi park Muthurajawela.
